1. A candidate for membership of the Society should be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. RICS Associate Members (Assoc RICS), Student RICS Members and Retired RICS Members are most welcome.
2. The annual subscription, currently £40.00, (but free for 2 years for new members under 35) must be paid at the time of application for membership.
3. A member will only belong to one Section of his or her choice but will be free to play in any Society event irrespective of Section.
